How can you go wrong with massage and yoga TOGETHER?!? I am new to yoga and really benefitted from the restorative poses where you hold the shapes longer and allow the body to adjust. Add in the hands on massage and some aromatherapy, a rustic barn surrounded by the countryside…total relaxation.

This event was such a gift. The balance between meditation in long hold poses and massage were such a dream! I especially loved the use of the oils during the practice. It was the cherry on top! Thank you again so very much. It was AMAZING!

A wonderful relaxing experience, calm relaxing postures, great massage. So wonderful I purchased the second session for my daughter and grand daughter. Looking forward to doing this again.
