Yoga at the Farm
Join me (Isabelle) + some amazing guest teachers for a refreshing community practice at Mackinnon Brothers Brewing. Enjoy watching the Hop's spindly journey while tuning into your mind + body. Please bring any props that may make your practice more enjoyable (blanket, pillow, blocks, bolster, etc.)

If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home and attend another class in the future. Should your booking be beyond our cancelation policy, please feel free to contact Isabelle as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email or sending an email to email@example.com.
Investment is $17 per person.
2022 class schedule:
Wednesdays: 6pm. Flow (60 min class, Level 1-2)
Sundays: 10am. Flow & Restore (60 min class, Level 1)

Flow: Vinyasa practice focused on linking breath and movement. Expect a fully balanced energetic practice of breath-work, meditation, dynamic movement and accessible shapes (with plenty of options).
Flow & Restore: A balance of two styles of yoga. In the first half, expect gentle movement to create warmth within the body. In the second half, expect a slower paced practiced focused on stretching with poses held for 1-2 minutes.
