Join Isabelle, resident teacher of Yoga at the Farm and Skylar, Reiki master and energy coach for a special practice at Mackinnon Brothers Brewing and pop up locations.

Enjoy a deep dive into the energy of each season's New Moon through this meaningfully curated practice. 
Our time together will include an introspective meditation, a gentle yoga practice based on the energy of the New Moon, a restorative landing infused with Reiki, a renewing savasana, and deep intentional setting for the coming month through journaling.

Journaling supplies will be provided. 

Please bring your yoga mat & a blanket and any other props that may support you through your practice (water/blocks/bolster/pillow,etc.).
